VIE Marketing & Communication (12 months)

About the role

This 12‑month VIE position supports Fund Channel Luxembourg’s sales and product teams by creating impactful marketing assets, coordinating events, and managing communications. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to shape marketing priorities and deliver strategic materials aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate marketing events, handling planning, invitations, logistics, on‑site support and post‑event follow‑up.
• Draft and update strategic marketing collateral such as client presentations, brochures, flyers, newsletters and other communication tools.
• Collaborate with the Product team to produce materials for product launches and client outreach.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders including clients, partners, agencies, designers and event suppliers.
• Support communication initiatives across channels: LinkedIn posts, interview scripts, client mailings and website news.
• Define and manage editorial planning for LinkedIn, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Contribute to website updates and rebranding projects.
• Monitor marketing budgets, track event expenses and communication spend.
• Perform competitive analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables in line with Group guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing & Communication.
• Previous experience in marketing and communication within the financial sector is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously.
