Testing Specialist

About the role

Quento Technologies, the ICT arm of the Qualco Group, is looking for a motivated Testing Specialist to design, execute and improve testing processes for complex applications. The role works under the supervision of a Team Leader and collaborates with multiple delivery teams to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Use project management tools to track testing activities.
• Report test results to statutory staff, Project Manager or Project Owner.
• Develop and apply test techniques and automated test suites.
• Assess and propose improvements to test processes, methodology and tools.
• Lead and coordinate testing of products delivered by other teams.
• Maintain quality plans and provide regular updates and reports.
• Identify deviations, risks and possible issues proactively.
• Prepare automated test lines where possible.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the Group Anti‑Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years of professional IT testing experience.
• ISTQB certification.
• Very good written and oral English (C1) or French (C1), with the other language at B2 level.
• Experience in complex application environments and knowledge of legislative chains.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of Selenium within DevOps/DevSecOps.
• Programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C# (.NET).
• Test design techniques and at least one test methodology.
• Familiarity with service‑management and project‑management frameworks (Agile, DevSecOps, Prince2, PMI, ITIL, etc.).
• Knowledge of change‑control procedures for test cases.
• Optional experience with mobile device and OS compatibility testing.
