Business Analyst – Agile Projects

About the role

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our teams and work on client projects located in Luxembourg. You will elicit, analyze, and document business requirements while translating business needs into functional specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in an Agile environment
• Write detailed user stories, including acceptance criteria and test cases
• Maintain requirements and data documentation
• Identify and optimise business processes
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders
• Drive and analyse topics independently

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to interact with cross‑functional stakeholders
• Fluent in English (B2+); French (B2) is a plus
