Technical Instructor – Ground Operations Training

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Instructor to lead ground‑operations training for air cargo teams. The role combines classroom and virtual instruction, ensuring trainees master regulatory, procedural and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain instructional material aligned with regulations, company procedures and standards (both classroom and e‑learning).
• Deliver on‑site and virtual training sessions as a subject‑matter expert.
• Translate complex technical content into clear, learner‑focused presentations.
• Update training content promptly when regulations or internal procedures change.
• Support departmental administration and contribute to continuous improvement of instructional methods.

Required profile

• General secondary school leaving certificate; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Operational experience in air cargo acceptance.
• Procedural knowledge of IATA DGR and related regulations.
• Previous instructional experience is advantageous.
• Ability to present to multicultural audiences.
• Proactive, safety‑ and quality‑oriented attitude with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working both independently and within a team.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite – PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
