Functional Training Coordinator

About the role

As Functional Training Coordinator you will own the strategy, coordination and continuous improvement of function‑specific training within the Product Compliance team, ensuring teams across Satispay have the fintech knowledge and practical skills to excel.

Key responsibilities

• Assess fintech learning needs across teams, translate product and regulatory changes into capability gaps and a training strategy.
• Design and maintain role‑based learning paths and curricula for domains such as payments, lending, KYC/AML, licensing and consumer protection.
• Coordinate internal subject‑matter experts and external providers to develop and deliver training, managing schedules, logistics and budgets.
• Keep training materials up‑to‑date with evolving products, regulations and policies, partnering with Corporate Learning & Development.
• Track participation, learning outcomes and program effectiveness against KPIs, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• At least 2 years experience in learning & development, enablement or program/project management, preferably in fintech, banking or financial services.
• Working understanding of financial regulations and the fintech landscape to translate changes into role‑specific learning needs.
• Proactive, program‑driven mindset with ability to run multiple training initiatives independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills across Product, Technology, Operations, Legal, Finance, Compliance and other departments.

Required skills

• Familiarity with learning platforms (LMS).
• Instructional design experience (strong plus).
• Comfort measuring learning effectiveness.
