Tax Compliance Associate (Luxembourg)

About the role

AURELIUS, a leading European private equity firm, is looking for a Tax Compliance Associate to join its Luxembourg team. You will support the firm’s growing international portfolio by ensuring accurate tax compliance and assisting on complex tax projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate Luxembourg tax returns.
• Support Luxembourg and international tax queries.
• Contribute to tax audits, transfer pricing, Pillar 2, and tax structuring projects.
• Help strengthen the tax compliance management system.

Required profile

• Degree in economics or law plus a Diploma in Luxembourg Taxation (DLT).
• 2–4 years of experience in tax advisory or corporate tax.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg tax law; German tax knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English and German.
