Talent Management Specialist

About the role

The Talent Management Specialist will accelerate the delivery of key enhancements to our talent and performance management policies. Working within the Resourcing & Talent team, you will coordinate processes, support data‑driven decision making and help ensure a consistent experience for managers and employees across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks, documentation and timelines for talent and performance processes.
• Assist with data collection, reporting and preparation of materials for succession planning, talent reviews and development programmes.
• Support performance management cycles by monitoring completion rates, answering queries and coordinating communications and training.
• Review tools, templates and processes to identify practical improvements and promote consistency.
• Collaborate with CPO colleagues and other functions to share updates, distribute resources and maintain accurate dashboards.
• Gather feedback from managers and employees to refine talent and performance processes.

Required profile

• Strong interest in how talent and performance management drive business outcomes.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience supporting continuous‑improvement initiatives and implementing new processes.
• HR background with a basic understanding of the talent lifecycle from hiring to development and retention.
• Ability to clearly communicate talent concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working across teams.
