Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Join the Talent Attraction & Acquisition team at PwC Luxembourg and lead the development and execution of hiring strategies across all service lines and the Acceleration Center. You will shape talent solutions that align with business priorities and enhance the candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and continuously evolve the Talent Acquisition strategy to support business priorities.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and the TAA Coordinator.
• Align recruitment activities with business demand, balancing priorities and resources.
• Transform recruitment data into actionable insights for workforce planning and talent attraction.
• Enhance selection, interview and offer processes to ensure an inclusive, high‑quality candidate experience.
• Drive change initiatives and operational improvements to increase scalability and effectiveness of Talent Acquisition.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to advise on talent market trends and strategic hiring opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 3 years leading recruitment teams.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment in complex, fast‑evolving, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management, change management and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English; additional French or German is a plus.
