About the role
Join ING Luxembourg’s Talent Acquisition team for a 6‑month internship starting July 2026. You will support the full recruitment cycle for trainees, assist with onboarding, and gain exposure to broader HR initiatives such as talent management and employee engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in the end‑to‑end recruitment process for trainees, including drafting job ads, screening CVs, conducting HR interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Support onboarding activities: prepare employment agreements, manage administrative steps, welcome new joiners and contribute to onboarding presentations.
- Handle operational recruitment tasks such as mailbox management, security checks and interview logistics.
- Assist with HR administrative duties, document collection and employee file updates.
- Help organise HR events, including recruitment forums with universities and business schools.
- Collaborate on internal communication campaigns related to internal mobility, creating visual content with tools like Canva, PowerPoint or AI‑driven platforms.
Required profile
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and reliable.
- Curious, eager to learn and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of French and English.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, human sciences, law or a related field.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
- Experience using visual communication tools such as Canva or SharePoint (a plus).
- Familiarity with AI‑driven design platforms (optional).
