Human Resources Business Partner – HR Strategy & Talent Management

About the role

As a Human Resources Business Partner you will act as the bridge between HR and the various Centers of Excellence, ensuring that business objectives are aligned with HR strategies. You will support leaders in recruitment, performance management, rewards, change initiatives, workforce planning and day‑to‑day HR matters within an international engineering environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full candidate lifecycle from need definition to onboarding and integration.
• Execute organizational changes such as transfers, restructurings, promotions and terminations.
• Conduct performance reviews, retention actions and compensation alignment.
• Lead talent management initiatives, succession planning and training program design.
• Serve as liaison between business units and HR to meet internal client needs.
• Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution and timely communication.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects and monitor compensation trends.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an engineering or industrial setting.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑starter with a proactive work ethic and analytical attention to detail.
• Fluency in English, German and French; Luxembourgish is a plus.
