Stockroom Agent – Aircraft Spare Parts

About the role

The Stockroom Agent is responsible for managing the Cargolux aircraft spare parts inventory in Luxembourg. You will ensure that all parts are accurately received, stored, and issued to internal and external customers while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, label, and store incoming and returned aircraft parts, updating computer records promptly.
• Control shelf life, perform stock transfers, and conduct physical inventories and cycle counts as scheduled.
• Report low‑stock or non‑available items to Material Planning.
• Prepare and issue parts to customers, delivering items to mechanics in the P7 area.
• Provide shipping and receiving coverage when required and maintain a clean, orderly work environment.
• Collaborate with related departments and manage general material control duties, including fly‑away kits and main‑wheel support parts.

Required profile

• Secondary technical education or completed apprenticeship in a technical field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar stockroom or inventory role.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Strong English communication skills, customer‑focused attitude, and ability to work in a team.
• Valid B‑class driving licence and ability to obtain a medical fitness certificate.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Forklift operation – experience or aptitude (training provided).
