Principal Product Manager – Fleet Demand (EU)

About the role

Amazon is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead fleet demand planning for its EU Logistics network. You will shape the fleet strategy, ensuring the right mix of vehicles is available to meet customer demand while optimizing cost and utilization.

Key responsibilities

• Define fleet requirements for new business customers across EU Amazon Logistics, covering diesel, electric, and various van configurations.
• Drive vehicle procurement, OEM partnership, up‑fitting, scheduling and transportation decisions that impact multi‑million‑dollar CAPEX/OPEX.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical modelling, machine‑learning pipelines and deterministic Python algorithms.
• Collaborate with Finance, Network Planning, DSP Planning, Product Development, Electrification, Sustainability and Legal teams to align forecasts and execution.
• Monitor upstream forecast changes and business strategy shifts, streamlining the planning‑to‑execution cycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management or demand planning within logistics, transportation or fleet operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable fleet strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management across finance, engineering and operations.
