About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to design and build full‑stack platform features that power AI and machine learning workflows at enterprise scale. The role is fully remote and requires deep expertise in Node.js, React and TypeScript within a Kubernetes‑native microservices environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build full‑stack platform features using Node.js and React in a Kubernetes‑native microservices environment.
• Drive architecture decisions across the platform, ensuring scalability and long‑term maintainability.
• Establish and promote TypeScript best practices across frontend and backend codebases.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to deliver platform capabilities that support enterprise‑scale workflows.
• Lead technical initiatives across teams, influencing how platform products are designed and evolved.
• Mentor engineers and support a culture of engineering quality and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in IT roles.
• 5+ years of experience with Node.js and React as a primary full‑stack.
• Strong TypeScript depth, including experience with tooling such as webpack, Babel, or NestJS.
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes‑native platform development.
• Exposure to AI/ML product context at any level.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence technical direction across multiple teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
