Solutions Integration Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Solutions Integration Engineer to design, implement, and support secure and resilient system integrations throughout the solution lifecycle. The role operates under the DevSecOps Team Leader and reports to the Head of Service Support and IT.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver secure, resilient software solutions from design to deployment, following DevSecOps best practices.
• Design, implement, and enhance system integrations using automated deployment pipelines with built‑in security controls.
• Provide second‑level support for existing solutions, responding quickly to operational issues.
• Implement comprehensive monitoring, automated alerting, and predictive problem‑solving to avoid service degradations.
• Participate in code reviews for scripts and infrastructure‑as‑code, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation for solutions, integrations, and security controls.
• Assess impact and risk of solutions, communicating decisions to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with DevSecOps principles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevSecOps, integration, or infrastructure engineering.

Required skills

• Experience with Windows and Linux (RHEL) operating systems.
• Knowledge of networking protocols such as SSH, SSL/TLS, HTTPS, DNS, and SFTP.
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities.
