Project Manager – End-to-End Delivery & Agile Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Luxembourg team, driving end‑to‑end delivery of software solutions in a large, innovative company. The role combines Agile leadership, cross‑squad coordination and technical oversight to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of software projects, from planning to production deployment.
• Lead Agile, Scrum and Kanban practices across multiple squads.
• Coordinate cross‑application and cross‑project dependencies.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and delivery plans.
• Oversee technical delivery, software engineering and architecture considerations.
• Define testing strategies, automate tests and ensure software quality.
• Maintain stakeholder communication, reporting and risk management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Squad Lead, Delivery Lead or Technical Project Manager in large enterprise or banking environments.
• Strong track record of coordinating multiple development squads and managing complex dependencies.
• Deep understanding of Agile delivery, Scrum and Kanban, with ability to coach teams.
• Hands‑on experience in Java development and software engineering.
• Solid background in software quality management and test automation using Selenium.
• Experience delivering solutions under tight deadlines in multi‑stakeholder contexts.
