Solution Manager / Architect – Avaloq Expertise

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Solution Manager – Architect with deep Avaloq expertise to join our Luxembourg team. In this senior position you will design, architect, and oversee end‑to‑end banking solutions on the Avaloq platform, acting as the technical bridge between business needs and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect comprehensive banking solutions leveraging Avaloq platform capabilities and best practices.
• Analyse complex business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
• Lead solution implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA and other cross‑functional teams to execute solution road‑maps.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Conduct solution reviews, identify optimisation opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage stakeholder communications, presenting technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Customize and configure Avaloq modules to meet specific client and organisational requirements.
• Document solution architectures, design decisions and implementation approaches for knowledge transfer.
• Stay current with Avaloq platform updates, features and industry trends to inform solution strategy.
• Support pre‑sales activities by delivering technical expertise and solution recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of professional experience implementing and configuring the Avaloq platform.
• Proven expertise in banking and financial services solution architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a track record of designing scalable technical solutions.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex solution implementations.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and business stakeholders.
