Software Architect

About the role

We are looking for a senior Software Architect to lead the design and development of complex frontend applications using React. You will shape the technical direction, ensure scalability, and collaborate closely with backend teams to deliver high‑quality, maintainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced React applications, including micro‑frontends.
• Define and enforce frontend architecture principles aligned with project requirements and EIB standards.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, and follow best practices.
• Participate in technical design of UI components and integration with backend services and APIs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of frontend development standards.
• Develop clean, structured code using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Support full‑stack activities, including REST API consumption and collaboration with Java Spring Boot teams.
• Prepare and execute unit tests, conduct code reviews, and document technical decisions in English.
• Utilize modern build tools, CI/CD pipelines, and support continuous delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in frontend architecture and large‑scale React projects.
• Strong understanding of performance optimisation, maintainability, and security.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
