Social Media Specialist

About the role

As a Social Media Specialist at Netcompany you will shape the digital presence of a leading European technology consultancy. You will create and publish engaging content across multiple platforms, supporting the company’s mission of responsible digitalisation.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, finalise, approve and publish content on X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, Facebook and other channels.
• Create on‑brand visuals using design templates and social media tools.
• Shoot and edit short‑form videos for reels, stories and campaigns using mobile‑first techniques.
• Develop creative concepts, storytelling formats and audience‑engagement initiatives.
• Adapt institutional priorities into clear, audience‑focused social media posts.
• Collaborate with media, editorial, audio‑visual and design teams to secure approvals.
• Support community management by monitoring engagement, responding to comments and escalating issues.
• Track and analyse performance metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks and audience trends.

Required profile

• University degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media or related field.
• Professional experience in social‑media content production and platform management.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities for corporate audiences.
• Full working proficiency in English (minimum C1) with excellent written communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Bluesky, Facebook, Threads).
• Experience using social‑media design tools and templates.
• Mobile video shooting and editing for short‑form content.
• Knowledge of social‑media analytics and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with social‑media advertising (asset).
