Social Media Manager – Remote (FMCG)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our global marketing team on a fully remote contract basis. The role is ideal for a data‑driven professional who can turn performance metrics into actionable insights and executive‑level presentations. You will work across multiple FMCG brands and markets, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse social media and digital marketing performance data across multiple brands and markets.
• Produce monthly performance reports, competitor benchmarking, market intelligence, and trend analysis.
• Convert complex data into clear presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate external agencies, digital partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Support social media platform management, content performance tracking, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Track project milestones and support the rollout of digital platforms and marketing technologies.
• Deliver regular reporting on audience engagement, campaign performance, and share‑of‑demand metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and present findings clearly.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, agencies, and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
