ServiceNow Technical Specialist (Permanent)

About the role

The IT Support department seeks a ServiceNow Technical Specialist to ensure the ServiceNow platform runs smoothly, supports business applications, and aligns with organisational needs. You will work closely with internal support teams and external delivery partners to design, implement, and optimise ServiceNow solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve the ServiceNow platform strategy and roadmap.
• Lead implementation of ServiceNow and Service Portal solutions, including dashboards, workflows and custom items.
• Provide guidance on platform adoption and stay current with new ServiceNow capabilities.
• Manage platform security, access controls and act as Cloud Application Owner for IT applications.
• Serve as CMDB manager, defining strategy, implementation and ongoing maintenance.
• Maintain documentation, procedures and ITIL service processes.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors for platform maintenance and development.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology or related field with relevant experience, preferably in banking.
• Extensive experience with ITIL platforms, ideally ServiceNow.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
