ServiceNow Technical Specialist (Permanent)

About the role

The IT Support department seeks a ServiceNow Technical Specialist to ensure the ServiceNow platform runs efficiently and aligns with business needs. You will work closely with internal support teams and external delivery partners to design, implement, and maintain solutions that enhance productivity across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve the ServiceNow platform strategy and roadmap.
• Lead implementation of ServiceNow and Service Portal solutions, including dashboards and workflows.
• Provide guidance on platform adoption and stay current with new ServiceNow capabilities.
• Manage platform security, access controls, and act as Cloud Application Owner for IT applications.
• Oversee CMDB strategy, implementation, and maintenance as CMDB manager.
• Create and maintain documentation, procedures, and ITIL service processes.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors for platform maintenance and development.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology or related field with relevant experience, preferably in banking.
• Extensive experience with ITIL platforms, ideally ServiceNow.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
