Senior Wealth Manager

About the role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Wealth Manager to join our Luxembourg office, the European hub of an established international group. The role offers autonomy to build and manage a high‑net‑worth client book while benefiting from strong back‑office and investment support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a personal client portfolio using existing networks and proactive business development.
• Manage high‑net‑worth relationships with a hunter‑farmer approach, acquiring new clients and nurturing existing ones.
• Deliver bespoke wealth management solutions aligned with each client’s objectives and risk profile.
• Collaborate with the Investment Office to construct, monitor, and adjust client portfolios.
• Leverage the group’s research partners and multi‑disciplinary team for complex structuring and succession planning.

Required profile

• Proven track record in wealth management and investment advisory.
• Established network of high‑net‑worth clients or strong business development capability.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
• Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Alignment with values of independence, integrity, and client‑centric service.
