Senior Oracle HCM Tester – Oracle Learning (Onsite)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Tester with deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly the Oracle Learning module, to join a major implementation project on a B2B contract. The role is onsite and requires EU citizenship.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall testing strategy and test plan.
• Review business requirements and functional designs to ensure complete test coverage.
• Prepare and execute functional, integration, regression, end‑to‑end and UAT testing.
• Record, prioritise and manage defects through to resolution, validating fixes and performing regression testing after configuration changes.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
• Produce test reports, quality metrics and support business sign‑off before go‑live.
• Support post‑go‑live activities and production issue validation.

Required profile

• Strong experience as a Senior Test Analyst or Test Consultant on Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
• Proven ability to define test strategies, create test cases and manage the full testing lifecycle.
• Extensive experience with UAT, defect management and regression testing.
• Excellent English communication skills.
