Senior KYC/AML Analyst – Due Diligence

About the role

IQ Solutions is seeking a Senior KYC/AML Analyst to join a dedicated KYC team that supports Management Company due‑diligence, audit and migration projects for Luxembourg’s fund and banking sector. The role offers high visibility and the chance to influence compliance processes in a fast‑paced consultancy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and review KYC files related to Management Company due‑diligence, audit and migration activities.
• Ensure precision, accuracy and compliance with all applicable AML/CTF procedures.
• Identify gaps, propose corrective actions and drive continuous process improvement.
• Prepare, review and maintain project documentation, AML letters and reports.
• Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders within the KYC ecosystem.
• Review and analyse current and new Operating Memoranda (OP MEMO) with clients.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in AML/KYC/compliance, preferably within Luxembourg’s legal or financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg AML/KYC regulations and AML monitoring/screening practices.
• Fluent English; French or additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
