Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a fast‑growing European investment management firm. Working closely with the COO and CTO, you will help shape, build, and scale both internal and client‑facing technology platforms that support investment, operations, and investor‑relations workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications for internal and external platforms.
• Build scalable, secure, high‑performance systems and APIs that integrate with internal tools, data sources, and third‑party services.
• Develop AI‑driven capabilities and automation solutions to streamline processes, improve reporting, and enhance client engagement.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, own the product lifecycle from planning through release, and continuously improve user experience and system reliability.
• Apply security best practices, manage cloud deployments, monitor system health, and support incident resolution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑stack software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of modern frontend and backend technologies and a proven track record of delivering production‑grade applications.
• Analytical, results‑driven problem‑solver with a collaborative mindset and strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
