Senior Full Stack Software Engineer – AI & Data Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a European investment management firm. Working closely with the COO and CTO, you will help shape, build, and scale both internal and client‑facing technology platforms that support investment, operations, and investor‑relations workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications for internal and external platforms.
• Build scalable, secure, high‑performance systems and APIs that integrate with internal tools, data sources, and third‑party services.
• Develop AI‑driven capabilities and automation solutions to streamline processes, improve reporting, and enhance client engagement.
• Manage data pipelines to ensure data quality, accessibility, and reliability.
• Own the product lifecycle from planning through testing, release, and continuous improvement.
• Apply security best practices, deploy applications in modern cloud environments, and monitor system health.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on full‑stack software development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a results‑driven mindset.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
