Senior Editor/Writer

About the role

Join Deloitte Luxembourg’s Marketing & Communications team as a Senior Editor/Writer. You will shape the firm’s voice across thought‑leadership, media and digital platforms, working closely with senior stakeholders and industry experts.

Key responsibilities

• Review, edit and refine thought‑leadership articles, white papers, reports, insights and executive publications to ensure clarity, consistency and brand alignment.
• Create and adapt content for articles, webpages, press releases, press articles and social‑media channels supporting media campaigns.
• Draft and edit press materials, guaranteeing accurate and compelling messaging.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications Strategists to translate complex technical topics into engaging narratives.
• Act as guardian of tone of voice, editorial standards and brand consistency across all communications.
• Introduce new ideas, approaches and best practices to elevate content impact and external visibility.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of editing and writing experience in a corporate, agency, media or professional‑services environment.
• Proven ability to edit complex, long‑form content such as thought‑leadership pieces, reports and press materials.
• Demonstrated skill in writing across multiple formats, including articles, webpages, press releases and social‑media content.
• Excellent command of written English with strong attention to detail, structure and tone.
