Senior Domiciliary & Corporate Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Domiciliary & Corporate Officer to join our Central Administration team in Luxembourg. The role supports the bank’s corporate and domiciliation services, ensuring compliance, high‑quality documentation, and smooth interaction with auditors and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate correspondence, registers, statutory records and original documents.
• Organise board and general meetings, prepare notices, packs, minutes and circular resolutions.
• Monitor deadlines, signatures, filings and publications, ensuring all open points are resolved.
• Act as the primary contact for auditors, coordinating audit‑related signatures and documentation.
• Prepare and review documents for capital changes, liquidations, office transfers and governance amendments.
• Ensure proper filing and publication with RCSL and/or RESA where required.
• Review the quality and consistency of key corporate documents and support junior colleagues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate, domiciliation, fund administration or legal services.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg fund and corporate services, corporate governance and RCSL/RESA requirements.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with document management tools.
