Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

COSMOTE Global Solutions NV is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to bridge development and operations, ensuring reliable delivery of complex financial software. You will design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, monitor system health and enforce security across cloud and on‑premise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide production support for complex financial systems such as WallStreet Suite, TRM, RM‑Derivatives, CompatibL or similar platforms.
• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git and Terraform.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and cloud deployments on Azure and Kubernetes.
• Manage data provisioning, transformation and database administration (MongoDB, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
• Develop scripts in PowerShell, Unix Shell and Python for automation and monitoring.
• Lead medium‑to‑large projects, defining approach, facilitating execution and ensuring successful delivery.
• Implement disaster‑recovery processes and produce Splunk reports.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Information Science, Finance, Corporate Governance or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting and maintaining financial systems.

Required skills

• Azure DevOps, Terraform, Git.
• Kubernetes (including Tanzu).
• PowerShell, Unix Shell, Python scripting.
• MongoDB, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL.
• CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.
• Cloud deployment (Azure) and infrastructure automation.
• Disaster recovery planning and Splunk reporting.
