Senior Corporate Officer – Funds & Legal (Luxembourg)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Corporate Officer to join a growing, human‑sized ManCo in Luxembourg. You will be responsible for the daily legal administration of Alternative Investment Funds and SPVs, primarily in the private‑equity sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fund and SPV files from constitution through liquidation or dissolution.
• Prepare and organise board and shareholder meetings, draft minutes, resolutions and board packs.
• Coordinate opening of bank accounts and ensure timely statutory and regulatory filings.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, administrations and third‑party service providers.
• Maintain continuous follow‑up on day‑to‑day legal administration tasks.

Required profile

• 3‑4+ years of experience as a corporate officer within a PFS or AIFM in Luxembourg.
• Ability to work autonomously on full life‑cycle fund administration.
• Fluent English for client interaction and internal communication.
• Law degree (Bachelor or Master) or relevant legal certifications.
• Open‑minded and enthusiastic personality.
