Senior Corporate Officer – Funds & Legal Administration

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Officer to join a growing, human‑sized ManCo in Luxembourg. You will be responsible for the full legal lifecycle of alternative investment funds and special purpose vehicles, primarily in private equity, within a stable and supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fund and SPV files from constitution through liquidation or dissolution.
• Prepare and organise board and shareholder meetings, draft minutes, resolutions and board packs.
• Coordinate bank account openings and maintain ongoing legal administration.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, administrations and third‑party service providers.
• Ensure timely statutory and regulatory filings.

Required profile

• 3‑4 + years of experience as a corporate officer in a PFS or AIFM in Luxembourg.
• Autonomous handling of fund set‑up to dissolution.
• Fluent English for client interaction and internal communication.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Law or comparable legal qualification.
