Assistant General Counsel – Vice President (Asset Management Alternatives)

About the role

Join JPMorgan Chase’s world‑class legal team as an Assistant General Counsel, Vice President, supporting the Asset Management Alternatives platform in Luxembourg. You will advise on complex alternative investment products and help shape innovative solutions for institutional and high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on AIFM and AIF regulatory matters, monitoring developments in Luxembourg and Europe.
• Support the creation and ongoing maintenance of private funds, ELTIFs and other alternative investment products.
• Advise on formation, structuring, management and distribution of fund products across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk and other business functions globally.
• Manage relationships with outside counsel and coordinate cross‑division initiatives.
• Participate in business committees and special projects related to Alternatives.

Required profile

• Legal professional with deep knowledge of Luxembourg’s AIFM regulatory framework.
• Experience in fund establishment, investment‑management legal issues, and market practices for alternative funds.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external advisors.
