Senior Consultant – Digitalisation, Data & AI

About the role

Sia is seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to join its global management consulting practice. You will work on high‑impact projects that help clients navigate digital transformation, optimise operations and leverage data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients in strategic positioning, new‑business development and organisational redesign.
• Lead business re‑engineering and operational‑excellence initiatives across retail and service sectors.
• Contribute to the development of Sia’s service offering by analysing market innovations and emerging challenges.
• Participate in business‑development activities, including need definition and commercial proposal preparation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, engineering, computer science, statistics or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in a consulting environment, preferably with exposure to digitalisation, marketing, pricing, procurement or operational excellence.
• Strong analytical mindset, autonomous work style and results‑oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
