Application Testing Specialist – EU Institution

About the role

We are looking for an Application Testing Specialist to lead testing campaigns for our telecommunications applications. You will design, automate and execute test suites, ensure product quality and support continuous improvement of testing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute testing campaigns, including demos, scenario analysis and test case preparation.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites for UI (Selenium WebDriver, TestNG) and API (Postman, SoapUI, Rest Assured).
• Assess and propose enhancements to test methodologies, tools and processes.
• Coordinate testing activities to ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal standards.
• Maintain quality plans, produce regular status reports and advise on deviations.
• Identify risks early and suggest mitigation actions.
• Support automated testing integration where feasible.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UI and API test automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in an international, multicultural environment.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
