Audit Transformation Associate (m/f/d)

About the role

PwC Luxembourg is looking for an Audit Transformation Associate to join its audit teams. You will act as a problem‑solver and innovation catalyst, using analytical and engineering skills to redesign audit delivery with technology.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with audit teams to identify pain points and propose tech‑enabled solutions that improve audit execution and client value.
• Translate between engineering and audit, ensuring digital tools and automation are integrated into audit workflows.
• Design, test and iterate new tools and processes, such as automation scripts and data‑visualisation dashboards (e.g., Power BI).
• Analyse audit data, feedback and trends to recommend enhancements and support emerging technologies (GenAI, NLP, RPA).
• Promote a culture of experimentation, agility and digital curiosity within audit teams.
• Build deep knowledge of accounting standards, sustainability matters and other regulatory frameworks.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or a related technical field.
• Curious, motivated to learn and improve continuously.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Collaborative, communicative and adaptable to dynamic environments.
• Fluency in English; French or German is a plus.
