Senior Associate – Investment Funds (Luxembourg)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate specialized in investment funds to join a boutique Luxembourg law firm with a strong international presence. The role offers a balanced work‑life environment and a clear path towards partnership in a firm that values personal contribution over anonymity.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and structure both regulated and unregulated investment funds for clients.
• Draft and review all necessary legal documents, including articles of association, limited partnership agreements, and related contracts.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships, advising on optimal investment strategies.
• Monitor legal developments and ensure ongoing compliance for client portfolios.

Required profile

• Member of the Luxembourg Bar (or imminent registration).
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Luxembourg law firm handling investment funds.
• Fluent in English and French for professional communication with international clients.
• Proactive, client‑focused approach with a willingness to mentor junior colleagues.
