Mid-Level Corporate Associate (2-5 years experience)

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level corporate associate to join our Luxembourg office. The successful candidate will support a range of corporate transactions and advise clients on legal matters in English and French.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior lawyers in the execution of corporate M&A, investment fund and banking & finance transactions.
• Draft and review contracts, shareholders’ agreements, and other corporate documentation.
• Conduct legal research and provide practical advice on Luxembourg corporate law.
• Coordinate with other Loyens & Loeff offices worldwide on cross‑border matters.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience, preferably in an international law firm in Luxembourg.
• Qualified Luxembourg lawyer or registered on Liste IV of the Luxembourg bar.
• Fluent written and spoken English and French; additional languages such as German or Luxembourgish are a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities and a proactive, autonomous attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
