Senior Account Manager – Microsoft & Managed Services

About the role
WESTPOLE, a subsidiary of the Prodware Group, is looking for a Senior Account Manager to drive growth of Microsoft‑based solutions and managed services in Luxembourg and Belgium. You will act as a trusted business partner for mid‑market and enterprise clients, helping them design, evolve and optimise their IT environments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of corporate clients across Luxembourg and Belgium.
- Identify upsell, cross‑sell and service‑expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Promote Microsoft‑oriented solutions and managed services that address client business challenges.
- Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers (IT, procurement, management).
- Collaborate with pre‑sales, technical and delivery teams to ensure solution coherence.
- Lead commercial negotiations, including offers, contracts and SLAs.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to long‑term account strategy.
- Stay up‑to‑date with IT market trends and Microsoft ecosystem evolutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B IT sales experience (solutions and/or services).
- Strong consultative, solution‑oriented sales approach.
- Fluent French and professional English.
- Autonomous, results‑driven and comfortable in complex customer environments.
