Sales Coverage Support Analyst – Client Service Role

About the role

Join the Nordics team in Luxembourg as a Sales Coverage Support Analyst, supporting senior relationship managers who serve family offices, ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals, foundations and entrepreneurs. You will act as a bridge between clients and internal partners, ensuring smooth delivery of wealth‑management services across the full client lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior relationship managers in identifying new business opportunities through client and market research.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day interactions between relationship managers and product, credit, risk, legal, compliance and operations teams.
• Handle operational queries, client onboarding and KYC processes, preparing accurate client profiles.
• Prepare meeting materials, presentations and minutes; conduct periodic client reviews in line with policies and regulations.
• Monitor client accounts and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and client experience.

Required profile

• Strong client focus with excellent communication abilities.
• Solid problem‑solving skills, high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Organised, reliable and proactive with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• 0‑4 years of relevant experience in financial services or a related field.
• University degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English; a Nordic language is a plus.
