Revenue Management Analyst – Cluster (Luxembourg)

About the role

Accor is seeking a Revenue Management Analyst to support a cluster of six hotels in Luxembourg, including Sofitel, Novotel, Novotel Suites and Mama Shelter properties. Reporting to the Cluster Director of Revenue, you will help drive profitable room revenue through tactical and operational initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust inventory, pricing and distribution strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Support the creation and implementation of pricing strategies across the cluster.
• Analyze current and historical demand, competitive set performance and market trends to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Track transient and group booking pace and recommend pricing and availability controls for all distribution channels.
• Prepare quotations for group business and allocate demand among the hotels.
• Maintain rate parity by following up on Distribution Health Scores.
• Prepare materials for weekly or bi‑weekly revenue management meetings.
• Assist in short‑ and long‑term topline revenue forecasting and identify opportunities from OTA, GDS and market studies.
• Collaborate with reservations and front‑desk teams to ensure guest service excellence while maximizing profit.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent in English; French proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid numerical reasoning.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Eligibility to work in the European Union.
