F&B Manager – Gourmet Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the front‑of‑house operations of Les Roses, our gourmet restaurant in Mondorf‑les‑Bains. As the ambassador of the guest experience, you will ensure service excellence that matches the restaurant’s Gault & Millau rating.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, plan and supervise daily dining service, guaranteeing smooth operations and optimal resource allocation.
• Maintain compliance with quality, hygiene and internal procedures.
• Lead, train and develop the front‑of‑house team, fostering a collaborative and professional environment.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, anticipating high‑end clientele expectations and handling special situations.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other departments to optimise service flow.
• Identify and propose continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.

Required profile

• Significant experience in fine‑dining or high‑end restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to lead by example.
• Excellent organisational abilities, attention to detail and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Fluency in French; German, Luxembourgish and English are advantageous.
