About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our Workspace Experience and Operations Team on a 10‑month fixed‑term contract at JLL Luxembourg. As the first point of contact for visitors and employees, you will help create a welcoming environment and support the smooth operation of the office.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and colleagues, providing a pleasant and efficient reception experience.
- Manage the telephone switchboard in both French and English.
- Oversee conference‑room bookings, ensure rooms are clean, orderly, and ready for meetings.
- Coordinate catering orders and support internal and external events.
- Handle office supplies inventory, ordering, and stock checks (e.g., coffee, tea, snacks).
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and courier shipments.
- Administer parking allocations for customers and employees.
- Assist with health‑and‑safety organization and event planning.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills with a warm, confident demeanor.
- Strong service orientation and a “hands‑on” attitude.
- Ability to stay calm and organized during busy periods.
- Experience in reception, hospitality, or a related field is desirable.
- Fluent written and spoken French and good English proficiency.
- Discretion, loyalty, and a commitment to high‑quality service.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
