Project Manager

About the role

VML Luxembourg, part of WPP, is seeking a Project Manager to lead e‑commerce and Amazon‑focused projects. The role involves delivering high‑quality work on time and within budget while coordinating with internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create and oversee project schedules, ensuring timely completion across planning, execution, monitoring, reporting and closure phases.
• Manage the full delivery and execution of projects, identifying dependencies, risks and impacts of delays.
• Align scope, schedule, assumptions and pricing with clients, translating them into proposals and statements of work.
• Develop and maintain strategic client partnerships, acting as the trusted point of contact for day‑to‑day delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver e‑commerce content and media services that meet client requirements.
• Establish and manage project communication processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering projects on time, on budget and to a high standard.
• Strong client‑relationship management skills, with the ability to act as a trusted point of contact.
• Ability to identify project dependencies, risks and mitigate delays.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across internal and external stakeholders.
