Program Manager Graduate

About the role

Amazon’s EMEA Student Programs Team is seeking ambitious graduates to join as Program Managers. You will work within business intelligence, retail, or seller services, gaining exposure to Amazon’s core consumer business while driving operational improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate relationships with third‑party partners and internal customers.
• Identify operational gaps in new offerings and define requirements for new projects.
• Resolve customer‑impacting issues in collaboration with technology teams.
• Gather requirements, perform data‑driven analysis, and support post‑launch product functionality.
• Develop performance metrics, conduct deep‑dives, and deliver annual efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or graduated within the last 12 months (Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration or related fields).
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Strong analytical, planning, prioritisation and time‑management abilities.
• Attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in a second European language is a plus.
