Product Marketing Manager, International

About the role

Robinhood’s International & Crypto team is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead go‑to‑market strategy for new products and features in expansion markets. Based in Luxembourg, you will work closely with product, creative, legal and compliance teams to drive awareness, adoption and growth of the brokerage and crypto offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Own product positioning and launch plans for new and existing products in target markets.
• Partner with product, lifecycle, performance, creative, social, events, communications, legal and compliance to design and execute growth initiatives.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to product teams, feeding market feedback and user insights into road‑maps.
• Develop differentiated narratives and messaging based on audience research and testing.
• Define success metrics, track impact and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to craft and execute go‑to‑market strategies in highly regulated environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience working alongside data‑science teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
