Product Manager, Consolidation

About the role

Prophix is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of its financial consolidation capabilities within the Prophix One Financial Performance Platform. Reporting to the Vice President of Product Management, you will act as both a domain expert and product leader, helping finance teams across North America and EMEA simplify complex consolidation and reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the strategy for the Consolidation portfolio of Prophix One, grounded in customer needs across North American and EMEA markets.
• Translate customer jobs‑to‑be‑done into measurable product outcomes for core consolidation workflows such as intercompany eliminations, currency translation, ownership hierarchy management, and statutory versus management reporting.
• Own the product line profit & loss, contribute to pricing strategy, and collaborate with design and engineering to prioritize discovery, evaluate technical trade‑offs, and deliver solutions.
• Serve as the internal subject‑matter expert on consolidation and close processes, articulating implications of US GAAP and IFRS frameworks.
• Engage finance and accounting leaders across regions to gather workflow insights, stay ahead of regulatory and technology trends, and embed them into the product roadmap.
• Support sales cycles, RFP responses, and prospect conversations as the consolidation domain expert.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management for financial consolidation or related finance software.
• Deep understanding of consolidation processes, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and reporting requirements under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams (design, engineering, sales) and influence product direction.
• Strong customer focus with experience engaging finance leaders in North America and EMEA.
