Senior Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a fully qualified Chartered Accountant to take end‑to‑end financial ownership of our Luxembourg and UK entities. You will work closely with senior leadership and develop expertise across corporate finance, business partnering and team management.

Key responsibilities

• Own financial accounting, reporting, bookkeeping and month/quarter‑end close processes.
• Prepare statutory accounts and financial statements in line with Lux GAAP and IFRS where applicable.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and accounting partners.
• Lead grant‑funding documentation and financial reporting.
• Oversee Luxembourg VAT, tax and regulatory compliance.
• Act as a key financial business partner to senior management and support corporate transactions.

Required profile

• Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ACA or CPA) with 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably from a Big 4 or high‑quality corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lux GAAP and Luxembourg tax and VAT regulations.
• Proficiency with Xero accounting software.
• French language skills are helpful.
• Proactive, ambitious mindset with the ability to take ownership across an international business.
