Private Capital Transfer Agent Officer (Permanent)

About the role

Join BNP Paribas' Securities Services team in Luxembourg as a Private Capital Transfer Agent Officer. You will support the full lifecycle of private‑capital funds, ensuring accurate processing of capital movements and delivering high‑quality service to investors.

Key responsibilities

• Process capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions and share/unit transfers.
• Maintain and update the share/unitholder register on the eFront platform.
• Prepare and dispatch notices, statements and investor reports.
• Verify documentation related to capital movements and payments.
• Handle client and counterpart requests, ensuring checklists are completed and double‑checked.
• Archive transfer‑agent documents and coordinate information flow with Fund Accounting and Custody teams.
• Support departmental projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients, managers, auditors and internal teams.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to support other Private Capital teams when needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the eFront (FIA) system.
