Pedagogical Lead – AI & Machine Learning

About the role

Holberton School is seeking a full‑time Pedagogical Lead to shape its AI and Machine Learning curriculum in Luxembourg. You will design, update and maintain project‑based learning pathways that align with industry demands, while mentoring learners through code reviews, workshops and group sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve AI/ML curricula, exercises, projects and assessments.
• Facilitate learning through hands‑on workshops, code reviews and collaborative sessions.
• Mentor learners on technical problem‑solving and best practices in model development.
• Collaborate with instructors and stakeholders to ensure pedagogical consistency and quality.
• Stay current with AI/ML research, tools and industry trends and integrate them into the program.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, model evaluation) and practical experience building and deploying models.
• Experience designing or delivering technical education, preferably in AI/ML.
• Ability to structure curricula and project‑based activities for progressive skill development.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, inclusive mindset.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• TensorFlow or PyTorch frameworks.
• Data processing libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy).
• Version control systems such as Git.
