Operations Specialist – Creative Production

About the role

This position sits at the heart of a fast‑scaling creative production environment within a global digital‑health ecosystem focused on AI‑driven user experiences. You will design and run the operational backbone that enables creative teams to deliver high‑quality output quickly and at scale, while bridging production, strategy, and MarTech teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain operational systems that support creative production at scale, ensuring teams stay aligned and unblocked.
• Design, document, and continuously improve end‑to‑end processes, onboarding materials, and operational frameworks.
• Coordinate recurring team rhythms (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to clarify priorities, ownership, and deliverables.
• Enhance cross‑functional collaboration by aligning producers, strategists, and platform teams and managing dependencies.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to reduce repetitive tasks such as reporting, tracking, scheduling, and documentation.
• Partner with MarTech and AI teams to create smarter, more efficient workflow enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong operational discipline with a systems‑thinking mindset.
• Experience in operations, project management, production or business operations in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to build processes, systems, and documentation from scratch and iterate them.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, accountability, and follow‑through.
• Interest in AI, automation tools, and modern operational platforms.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
